AntonioTamayo Antonio Tamayo
Antonio Tamayo is Senior Partner, responsible of Strategic Businesses at Trout & Partners Mexico, where he joined Fernando A. Mariscal, to enrich the business, marketing and communication practices, with vast knowledge of strategic businesses and challenges management.

Previously, he headed the Latin America region of Hill+Knowlton Strategies, as president and CEO, where he worked for the past 20 years, managing projects resources and results for multi national corporations and industries in Latin America and the USA.

His direct involvement with top executives facing market challenges, in different sectors, drove him to learn to overcome expectations and developed his leadership.

His strategic approach and the nature of the business, where he was involved, led him to develop and implement strategies, which were key for organizations such as Nestle, Gerber, Kellogg's, Novartis, Astra Zeneca, Bayer, Pfizer, Amgen, HP, Oracle, Intel, Yahoo!, Starbucks, Mazda, Ford, Bridgestone, Isuzu, Corona, Syngenta and Procter & Gamble. He, also, participated in mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions such as HSBC, BBVA Bancomer, Citigroup and Santander.

His work throughout the transition of the information technology, confronted him to change paradigms related to unilateral communications and marketing management, towards a continuous interaction and understanding between society and entities/brands.

Antonio has lectured crisis management and preparedness at various universities and international organizations. He has published public affairs articles on international media businesses, including market entrance considerations.
